Any communication
between Fuelmate and customers is confidential.
It will not be passed on to a third party unless you give us permisssion
to do so or we are required to do so by law.
We need
to know your name and email, postal and delivery addresses, and
maybe credit card details, so we can process your order. We store
this information in hardcopy and as electronic data in documents
on our internal computer systems only. It is not accessible through
the internet.
We usually
collect personal information directly from you but sometimes we
may collect it indirectly from a third party. For instance, an existing
customer may pass on information about other individuals wanting
to know about our product. Or our distributors may provide us with
information.
If you provide Fuelmate
with personal information about other individuals, we rely on you
to make them aware that you will or may provide their information
to us.
Fuelmate
may send you information about services or products from time to
time. If you do not wish this to happen, you can advise us of this
at any time by contacting us.
You can have access
to the information we hold about you at any time unless there is
a reason not to realting to National Privacy Principals. If we don't
provide you with access, we will tell you why and inform you of
the reasons relied upon. You can also gain access to correct or
update your personal information. Contact our office and we shall
attend to your request in a reasonable time.
